About Project

The sanctioned plan and layout are valid for three years from the date of approval. Security money or a bank guarantee of ₹3,04,54,404.33 must be deposited within one month. Approval covers specific plots totaling 19.185 hectares in Pragana Mangalore, Tehsil Roorkee, Distt Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Post-development, the applicant must apply for plotting CTO.
